Malaga Inn is a quaint, privately-owned boutique hotel which was originally built as a residence in the year 1862. Although it underwent several renovations before opening to the public as a hotel and a venue for hosting events, several of the historic rooms were left intact. Today, guests can choose to stay in these charming old chambers or in rooms which face the beautiful courtyard garden. Weddings and receptions can be hosted in these fairy-tale gardens or in the opulent banquet halls inside. Whether it is a business tra... read more

Great experience! Friendly staff, clean, and spacious.
Amazing hotel with beautiful grounds! Will is the best!
wonderful personal touches all around this Hotel. Staff was wonderful especially Frank. will be back to stay !
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at the Malaga Inn. The rooms were immaculate for a historic landmark, the staff was friendly and the service was great. We were given a tour of the entire house except occupied guest rooms. Most of the furnishings and some of the wallpapers were original which gave the house such a warm feeling. The courtyard is beautiful. We also met one of the owners, he also made us feel like family. The breakfast was great, also with great friendly service. I highly recommend if your ... read more
This is a very nice Inn. The rooms are a little outdated, but that was ok. We enjoyed our stay a lot. If you read the reviews on TripAdvisor, ignore the low ratings. I totally disagree with the few low ratings. The main thing I disagree with is the breakfast room. It was nice. not like a dungeon or basement. I dont know where those people ate their breakfast.
Comfortable room and great old building. Room was nicely decorated, bed was comfortable, and it was suitably upgraded. The building had great original architecture and a beautiful courtyard. The rate for the night was good and it is centrally located for anything downtown.
Such rich history. Beautiful atmosphere. Peaceful. The bartender, Macy was a gem! The albino squirrel! Too many precious qualities to comment on.
What an unexpected delight! The Malaga Inn is a beautiful step back in time. The rooms are spacious. The beds and sheets are dream inducing. The staff friendly. Even the owner introduced himself. And a full breakfast to eat in the lovely courtyard. You will not regret picking this gem of an inn for your stay in Mobile.
Loved staying here. All the staff is awesome and room was very clean, affordable and had lots of charm. Bartender Macy was great! Will definitely stay there again.
