About this business

Malaga Inn is a quaint, privately-owned boutique hotel which was originally built as a residence in the year 1862. Greatly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful historic inn. Thank you, Maisie and Ms. Barbara, for your wonderful southern hospitality, the tour, and good conversations. Oh, and cheese grits for breakfast... a southern staple.

From check in to the fact my husband lost his wedding ring (he found it) the front desk was concerned to the bartender Maisie (she spelled it) this place was superb. Charming. My husband, a jaded NYer, said this is what he thought Alabama looked like. The beds were SO plush. The courtyard perfect if you were there, but a tad loud as we were on the ground floor. We can’t wait to stay there again.
