What used to be an old pineapple cannery is now Mala, the epitome of global organic fusion cuisine. It's not as complicated as it sounds. Chef Mark Ellman has his concepts straight: keep everything fresh, quantities adequate, use organic ingredients as much as possible and use no hydrogenated oils or preservatives. The location is amazing and the food is downright sinful it is so good. Mahalo to the chef for giving us a yummy appetizer on the house for our anniversary! Soooo good!
Great service on the water and nice menu
Delicious dinner and could possibly be the best tasting Mai Mai I have ever had. The service was personal and right on while the place was packed our waitress Lisa never missed a beat.
