What used to be an old pineapple cannery is now Mala, the epitome of global organic fusion cuisine. It's not as complicated as it sounds. Chef Mark Ellman has his concepts straight: keep everything fresh, quantities adequate, use organic ingredients as much as possible and use no hydrogenated oils or preservatives. Best Oceanfront dining. I always order crispy Calamari. Oyster Shooter is the bomb! After 3 months of quarantine, it was a releif being able to dine again. We saw some Turtles from the window.😃🤙
