What used to be an old pineapple cannery is now Mala, the epitome of global organic fusion cuisine. It's not as complicated as it sounds. Chef Mark Ellman has his concepts straight: keep everything fresh, quantities adequate, use organic ingredients as much as possible and use no hydrogenated oils or preservatives. one of the top two breakfast ever, the eggs benedict with seared ahi tuna was fantastic.
Wonderful food, server and atmosphere! Highly recommend and if you get a chance ask for Ryan to be your server- the best!
