Little disappointed with my wife's treatment, my daughter had her teeth polished and had a hole in her tooth caused by them. After which rather than dealing with decided it would be best to argue then had major issues with retainer all in all seriously bad customer services and lack of customer services and accountability
All three of my children have successfully completed their orthodontist treatments through this clinic. We are very happy with how everything went and the final results achieved. My daughter has just completed her final post orthodontist checks and we would like to thank Dr Kumar for his professionalism throughout.
Awful service and awful people. Avoid. The receptionists are extremely rude and seem to find customers an inconvenience (don't dare arrive before 9am for your 9am appointment!). We see a different person nearly every time we come, and they all seem to want to do something different to my daughter's teeth. For my other daughter, when they removed her braces they damaged her teeth and messed up her retainer. And then when I tried to complain, they just got nasty and denied any wrong doing.
