Avoid this company at all costs! We had a moving date in early July and to secure the slot for moving was asked to pay up front with the understanding that I would be fully refunded if the sale of our house broke down. Guess what it did. I subsequently attempted to get my money refunded. Their contact numbers no longer work and they don't respond to my emails. They are crooks! Avoid at all costs

DAMAGE LIST 50" Television damaged by a corner or pointed object - Deep scratch on drivers door of our car Deep gouge on Ercol Bosco oak bed-frame - R/H/S as you look at it, this can't be polished out, it's too deep. 6 plastic slat holders damaged/broken when above bed-frame dismantled, leaving slats unstable. Glass shelf from the side board now has a chip/sliver missing on the far L/H corner that cannot be repaired; this appeared not to have been wrapped for transit at all. Moved from Kent to Birmingham. Good communication and no issues with the move aside from a missing item which was immediately rectified. Would recommend

No stars really! Reading other reviews it seems this company has deteriorated in the last year. The vans were late both days of our move from the Midlands to Surrey and the team was understaffed each time by at least a couple of men so we had to do a lot of the packing and unpacking ourselves. Many pictures had not been wrapped but surprisingly there was little damage. On departure day we had to borrow jump leads from a neighbour to get one of the vans going!
