We had a great time and REALLY loved the cabin! It was very clean, comfortable, and unique. The breakfast was superb as well. A+!

Greatly enjoyed our stay this past weekend at the Makanda Inn. Lorraine and Malcolm were excellent hosts, and everything about the place was very relaxing and top-notch.
Our first visit there was spectacular! Very warm and cozy with a rustic, yet modern feel. Malcolm and Lorraine may be new to the innkeeper business, but they came through like old pro's. They were very accommodating. We will be back!

We returned to Makanda Inn for the New Year's weekend and it was such a refreshing way to start the new year. We stayed at one of the cottages and requested breakfast (for extra charge but worth it!). We spent two days hiking and enjoyed our stay so much! It's perfectly located with hiking, restaurants and wineries nearby. Highly recommend it!
