I was charged with being drunk in charge of a vehicle and I honestly thought I was done for. Spoke to Lucy who explained the defences I could raise. They got disclosure, reviewed the timings and proved I wasn’t planning to drive. CPS offered no evidence before my trial. Brilliant work.

What a team. I felt like I had someone in my corner from day one. Jack helped me understand the process and explained what could go wrong with the blood analysis. They brought in an expert who basically destroyed the prosecution’s case. Case dropped, licence saved. Don't listen to lazy lawyers who just advise you to go guilty because you 'haven't got a chance'. If I trusted my gut and instructed MAJ Law. It did cost a few thousand pounds but it's money well spent. I'll also be getting some costs back from the court.

Top quality legal support. I was looking at a possible ban for speeding and already had 9 points. Loads of other solicitors told me to run 'exceptional hardship' but M.A.J Law took a different appraoch. John suggested I check the evidence first because it may be incorrect. I honestly can't thank M.A.J Law enough. From the first phone call with Tom I felt supported and reassured. My cannabis reading came back at 3.1mg but they pushed for the handling records and showed it hadn’t been properly stored. They literally saved my licence. If you're in trouble, ring them.
