Sam was amazing from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, helpful, and really took the time to understand what we needed. He even worked out the exact number of tiles to keep us on budget and cut down on waste — which we really appreciated! He’s got a great eye for design and knew exactly what would work best for our space and flow with the rest of the house. If you want quality products and genuine, expert advice, Sam’s your guy. Couldn’t recommend him more!
The team at Maison Prestige were brilliant. They helped me with the design and choices for the kitchen tiles. Pushy salesman, awful service, incompetent organisation. Rang them for tiles that turned out had been discontinued. We were looking for wall tiles to match our floor tiles, The style of tile still existed, but not in the same size. Rather than go for the matt effect tiles, we were pushed towards shiny tiles because that’s what they used in their showroom -whether that is true or not is a different story. Dealt with Maison Prestige & Sam on several occasions now and what an absolute pleasure - made it extremely for me. Helped me decide on a Porcelanosa tile for my bathroom and went above & beyond in sending me images etc. When it came down to the cost he was extremely competitive (even gave me a better price than what I could trade direct with manufacturer).
