Such sweet and caring staff. Had a child complaining about ear and throat after work and coming from Birmingham. Unfortunately, we got to Main Street at 7.40 pm right before they close, which I hate to do to anyone. They were so understanding and patient and took their time to make sure my child was okay. We love Shay and Gabby and all the staff. We truly appreciate y’all and thank you for all you do! ❤️
2 hour wait when the waiting room is basically empty. You would get faster service at the ER.
Always receive friendly care and attention. The wait time is reasonable. The staff is helpful and attentive.
this place a joke came down from Montana and my husband got sick and this so call place would not help my husband because he had Montana State health care inc. wow !!
We were in and out in less than an hour. Definitely better than sitting in the Drs office for a couple hours.
The staff is wonderflul and helpful
This was a total joke! First I call prior to taking my kid in to this office to be sure they weren’t packed, they tell me they aren’t busy at all so I head that way. I get there at 5pm and leave at nearly 7:15 pm. Not only is a two hour wait ridiculous but to wait and them tell you that your child who had a fever of 102 just has a viral infection is a joke!!
