RecommendedDuring this time every urgent care or medical place is busy busy. But Mainstreet knows how to handle their busy in a timely and polite manner. They are very descriptive about how the online regestrstion works and even allows you to wait at home. Which is great when you have small ones! Once your arrive it’s the same smooth sailing. You may wait for a few minutes in the lobby but then you are brought right back. All testing took 20 minutes! In and out in about an hour. I’d say that deserves 10 stars!!
Great clinic with friendly staff
When u do the online ap for COVID test you don’t walk in to a room soon as u get a text to come inside... took me a 30 min to get to a room and still waiting ... Hats off to the nurses but they need a better way to serve
I went for a drug screen explained I need to use the restroom and made me wait 45 minutes not happy with service
Crap to say it nicely. I called wanting an appointment and was told I had to go to the website - which the girl gave me. After I drove and sitting in the parking lot another person called and said I used the wrong website to schedule an appointment. I tried telling her I was told to use the one I did but she insisted I had to go to another site. She wouldn’t help and my phone wouldn’t go to the site - I asked for help. Showed up today with my son at 3:30 for an ear ache. Receptionist was very sweet and mentioned the doctor may not be seeing any more patients today bc they close at 4pm. She asked the doc and she agreed to see my son. However, another MA from the back came around the corner and informed me that on the weekends they close at 4 so if I want to be seen next time, I need to come before 330. I love this place. They have free coffee. And juice boxes for kids. And it is CLEAN and fast. They do primary care too.
The back office staff was excellent from start to finish. They made my son feel comfortable and relax by joking with him. But their receptionist needs an attitude adjustment. She was rude and short; every time I said something she interrupted me like I'm stupid and not knowledgeable of the medical field. I hate to give this rating because of her but sometimes the truth hurts
