They charged us $150.00 for a problem that they created. Not a good company to rent from. All we had was issues with them. THey charged us without any notice of the charge.

This company has the worst customer service. Would give a zero rating if I could. READ your lease carefully before you sign it and ask questions!!! Had an issue with a kitchen sink clog and was charged $100 to have it fixed. However, as of today, it is still not fixed. My word against the repairman. Why would I lie about this??? READ your lease! I fell in love with one of Msrenewals homes. My original leasing agent was great.... at first.... I have two service dogs, even shows that in my application when i applied for the house. Yet the first leasing agreement I was sent only showed one, and i had a remaining pet deposit for the other. I advised my agent that I had two not one service dog, she said oh I'm so sorry let me fix that, and send me another lease to sign, so I signed it and thought nothing else of it. I only gave them a 1 star because ZERO is not an option. I am dealing with an absolute nightmare and I can not get a human to call me on the phone despite frantic emails BEGGING for a call. I have NEVER missed a rent payment and they act like slum lords by not having the professional decency to call me back. So I have been a resident of main street renewal for 3 yrs....I recently was approved to transfer to a new home....there whole process needs and overhaul how they deal with customers. Main street charged me 150.00 in non compliance rental fees..I didnt find this out until time to and after signing new lease for 2nd home....I provided documentation thorough documentation to msrenewal even had usaa call direct to advise and verify what was needed to verify no lapse of coverage.
