ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! The company used new condition photos to advertise the home, we moved from out of state site unseen, BIG MISTAKE! They are a total slum lord style management company who send hacks to do repairs WHEN they actually get around to making any repairs. RENT ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!! Horrible company. Been waiting since March for a leak in the pool to be fixed. They ignore my requests and even the pool maintance company's requests. Told me I'd have the fee removed but now there's no record of that even though they supposedly record the calls. This is just one issue. I had to wait until July for then to decide to fix the AC before it swallowed up by a hole(supposed sinkhole) that they refuse to do anything about. I live in a Main Street house over on the coast of Florida right now. Between making us live in the house with a broken AC for a month back in 2022 in july, hottest month of the year (with no compensation for the month it happened) to now living in the house with back up sewage water coming out of our bath and showers in both bathrooms and thinking we can just wait a week for a Maintenance guy come out. I hate my new rental. This company is by far the absolute worst property management company I have ever had to deal with. From trying to get a tour of the property, the application process, the approval, the inspection & move in date; everything went horribly wrong. There was no fridge, the keyless pad code given does not & has not worked. There were and still are roaches everywhere. Small ones, called German roaches so there are nests in the walls. This place is a joke. I should have did reviews before renting from them. The biggest issue is getting maintenance repairs/issues done in an orderly manner. It's been 3 months and it stills smells like feces in our master bedroom bathroom. We will be seeking legal assistance to resolve this matter. I caution anyone from doing business with them.

ZERO STARS horrible communication, will rent homes you apply for without telling you they are no longer available. you have to wait over an hour to get someone on the phone just for them to not have any info.

Bad company, they take your money and deny you a home because your from out of state ,they don't try to help,scum of the earth ,they make nc look bad ,trust me alot of people will hear about this ,I have less than a week to find a home and they deny you

My elderly Father is a backyard neighbor to a residential home tenant of Main Street Renewal. Winds blew down the fence between the properties about a year ago and the tenant and I have been going round and round with MSR for months! We get nothing but excuses at every turn. The tenant has dogs and we're worried about safety. Left no choice, my father is now burdened with the cost of replacing the fence entirely on his own.
