Just another company utilizing technology to serve themselves and not serve the consumers best interest. Everything that is wrong with corporate America wrapped up into one company. Customer service will try to steer you into getting the append paying a fee & then paying an application fee before answering a question. They also hung up on us. Imagine having a maintenance issue. We drove 2 hours to virtual view. Don't waste your time. Tons of bad reviews. We saw 2 houses with no back door. How is that not a Fire hazard? I wou... read more

while I was renting a house through this company i started having issues with the pool in April; the filter stopped working, and pool immediately turned into dark green. Called about a dozen times to address the problem and always told something different in the way they were going to handle it. I wish I would have read the reviews from this company before we submitted our application. This has been a real joke from day 1 we moved in and I have sent so many emails and no one responds. This company is ran horribly with no regard to their residents or their property. I moved into a home that was so dirty!!!! This house was not ready at all for new residents to move in. I have been in my home since November 2020 and put in a repair ticket for my pool because it was losing a large amount of water. Am having to fill it every single day. My water bill went from 110 to 433 monthly because of this leak. My electric also doubled because the timer was broken and ran 24/7. Since APRIL 5th I have put in 5 tickets about this pool. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.....I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH JOSHUA SUTTA AND IT HAS BEEN A JOKE FROM DAY 1. I started my lease on a Friday, the day I got into the house the AC was broken. I had toured the house 4 days prior and had reported the issue then and was told it was fixed. The thermostat read 92 and was set to 78. They wait until the next day to send someone, so I could not move in. I then arrived back Sunday and was using the bathroom, I noticed the toilet filled with water and went to the other bathroom and noticed the same thing. We've only been in a rental with this company for 6 weeks. It has been a fight every step of the way. From their inefficient structure for applications, to their inability to submit work orders in a timely fashion, to getting emergency maintenance requests reviewed and scheduled in a timely manner. Absolutely the WORST company on planet Earth. These "people" do not care one iota about you as a tenant. Brand new house, first people in it, and raw sewage backs up all over the first floor. I mean actual poop, pee, toilet paper floating in the living room. Called for help, they said it would be 3 days before someone could get there. Really. A bio-hazard. Three days.
