She stole from us! – I hired MaidPro because i liked their 49 point checklist. I have never had a maid before so I called for a quote. They quoted me $145 to do a deep cleaning on my 1000sqft 2 br house. I had planned on being at the house while she cleaned but the man I spoke with on the phone spoke to me in a way that made me feel like that was uncommon. MaidPro is a lifesaver. I have used them for my home for the past 5 years, and have been very pleased. They respond to special requests or directions, and do a great job keeping my home clean. Great service and value!
Ahead of the curve – Finally a Maid Company in the 21st century. They have e-mail, answer the phone, and actually have qualified people answering the phones. The cleaing staff I get are professional and did a great job. These guys are way ahead of the other services I have tried in the past, and in a good way.
A Customer Service – Really amazing service. Overall they are very consistent but we are mostly impressed with their customer service and professional staff.

She is the best – Lucia is the best! I can always tell immediately, if she cleaned the house, if she had help or someone else cleaned even before I look at the sheet. She also always comes early, which I prefer.
