Don't use unless you have time to utilize their 24 hours re-do guarantee. Clean was horrible...didn't even touch areas they said they did. Manager I spoke with could care less.

I am one of the new tenants who have just moved to Washington DC. Our landlords just moved and told us that they have used this Maidpro location before and that they were great. They gave us their rate price for the service. When I called the owner and told him of how I had heard of this company and the prices quoted by our landlords he agreed to honor that price point as well and now we have a new appointment scheduled for Friday.
Excellent touches - folding edge of toilet paper like fine hotels. Also, did the dishes! Dislikes: we noticed several spots that the duster missed.

PERFECT! THE LADIES WERE ON TIME AND WORKED SO HARD TO MAKE MY HOME ULTRA-CLEAN! THANKS SO MUCH! LUCIA & ZAMORA WERE COURTEOUS AND DID A VERY THOROUGH CLEANING. I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW BEAUTIFUL MY HOME IS AGAIN :) I WILL HAVE THEM COME BACK FOR SURE!
