Charge by the hour – My six year relationship with Maidpro has been a great one. What I like most about Maidpro is that they charge by the hour (and sometimes come as two people so as to get two hours of work done within one hour) and the rates are reasonable and include taxes and insurance. Satisfied – Called Maid Pro to do a thorough move-in clean before all my furniture arrived. Two people showed up right on time, the main office called to confirm they had arrived and the service was thorough, quick and professional. The price quoted was exactly where we ended up and they called again to make sure I was satisfied. I was. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Amazing – I have to say, Anna is amazing. Our A/C ducts were bleeding behind the wall and causing mold. Anna found it and reported it. She even found mold behind one of our pictures, which means she was really dusting and cleaning everything.
Accommodating – I am very impressed by MaidPro. They come to my house regularly and I have been using them for the past 6 months. From the beginning, the experience has been great. Their pricing is very reasonable and not as expensive as other maid services that I have used. Lemony fresh – Absolutely loved their work! They are efficient, organized, and extremely polite. I usually worry about cleaning services because I have important items I leave around the house that are very personal and valuable to me, and they just moved them to their right spots and it made me so happy. Coming home to that lemony fresh scent is enough to keep me on a weekly service.
They put things back – Very happy with MaidPro. They move things before they dust and put things back into their original position. I have a wheel chair for my mother and they always make sure to put it back in the right spot.
Works with a Smile – Rosa T was the best, a very nice lady. She is always so thorough and goes the extra mile. She is friendly, efficient and always does it with a smile on her face.
