Fantastic! – Whenever I think about cleaning my house I remember I have MaidPro and get happy again. I hate cleaning, it is not enjoyable and it takes too much time away from other fun things. So I use MaidPro to come in and clean my house so it always looks great and I still have time to do things that I enjoy without having to set a block of time aside to clean. Excellent service – I have never been the domestic type so when I got married I quickly realized that we needed to hire someone to clean our home, otherwise the house would be a disaster. Everything looks amazing! – I have been using MaidPro Regularly for awhile now and I am so pleased. Everything looks amazing and I have time to be a mom and not be forced to spend my evenings cleaning the house! I highly recommend them to everyone.
Honesty and customer service issues – Sadly, we were theft victims. Our flat screen TV was taken from a locked house and the thieves locked the house behind themselves. Aside from family, no one but Maid Pro had access to a house key. Additionally, the week before the TV was stolen, after the cleaner left, we noticed that the TV cables had all been disconnected and the TV unplugged, as though someone was preparing to take it, but didn't. Fantastic! – I was having a big celebration for my parents 30th wedding anniversary at my home so I called MaidPro to help me get everything cleaned. They did a fantastic job, this is the cleanest my home has ever looked and I am so pleased! I think I will begin using them on a regular basis from now on!
