This company was so professional from beginning to end! Owner is super friendly and breaks everything down about their services and what they offer. I asked for a deep cleaning and was blown away, places I didn't even think to clean they really think of the most minute detail. I like the organization they did around and everything was still left in order. Ive gone through a lot of cleaning companies but this takes the cake. Definitely will be requesting a biweekly cleaning. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!!
They broke my lamp and instead of telling me about it, they hid the damage. A new cleaner was cleaning and noticed the damage. I brought it to the owner's attention and she said she would pay me for it. I sent her the invoice and she didn't pay me back. The lamp was the second thing they broke - before, they broke one of my pictures.
Used this company for the first time I have to say the bathrooms were done exceptionally well however floor cleaning was mediocre. I had to redo the basement because I think they use the same dirty bucket of water to do the entire floor and all I could see was dirty mop swipe marks, they forgot to do the bathroom floor and I noticed when they did the wood stairs that they took the removable carpets off and put them back on dirty .
