18th February 2024 Ordered Alberta suite informed 12 weeks delivery, finally got delivery 23rd July. Leather starting wearing out December. Called in the shop January, given wrong email address for service team! And so the chasing began at one point my disability was blamed on the chair wearing! In the end had to get a different chair at an extra cost. I had been a customer for over 25 years.
