I love living at Magnolia! This is my second year here and I already signed my lease for my senior year. Magnolia has everything you need to make college living comfortable, affordable, and fun!

Often you don’t find to many people that will actually take their time, and make you as special as one of the Mag employees did. When I started GMC , I need a safe and affordable place to stay . Alex is the CA that did my tour, though he is very animated, by far he is one of the best community team members they have . If you go take a tour at the Mag as to speak with Alex . Magnolia Park Apartments is a great apartment complex, not only because of the amenities, but because of the community. You can easily get to know many of the people in this complex by going to the events they offer, like corn hole tournaments, trivia, wing nights and so many more. The managers are very helpful and treat you like one of their own. Living at Magnolia the last three years has been one of the best decisions because of the many people I was able to meet and the many memories I have made.
This is my first year at Magnolia Park and I absolutely LOVE it here. The staff and management are amazing and there are events that are really fun to go to. The location of the apartment is right across from West Campus and only 5-10 minutes drive to college (depends on traffic). During the summer months you can cool off at the pool and there is a 24 hour gym if you want to do a workout. I transferred to Georgia College from Armstrong State University and was very nervous to be away from home. I had lived in Savannah my whole life and this was going to be a new experience for me. I visited one of my friends that lived in Magnolia Park and fell in love with the complex and apartment all together. After visiting her, I knew I HAD to live here and that's exactly what I did. This my first year but every time i go to Magnolia Park Apartments i feel like the people at the office are my family and we known each other for a long time but i would Highly recommend you to live there :)
