Great place to live the CAs are always friend and willing to help out if needed. Mrs. Tonya is also very friendly and able to work with all residents to resolve any issue that could arise.
Best place to live in Milly for your buck! You get the best of both worth, CAs and staff that support you and lots of activities to feel like a family!
I have lived here for two years now and love it! The furnishings are so great and its so nice having the bus to take students to campus! Love Magnolia Park :)

I’ve lived here for a little over a semester, and I’ve already resigned my lease!! The staff is so helpful and willing, the bus and drivers are the BEST, they host incredible events to make it feel more like home and the apartment itself is incredible.
