Magnolia Park Apt’s makes you feel like you are family. For a home away from home it is the best apartment to stay at. I love Magnolia Park! I definitely recommend you living here! The staff makes you feel so welcome and included every day. 😁😁
As a freshman, I was scared going to a new town and new school but Magnolia Park Apartments offered a fun and safe environment to live.
10/10 would recommend. Nice pool and gym. Nice restrooms!

I would not recommend living here if you value being on time to anything. The buses are never on time and the drivers are rude. Most of the apartments have nasty carpets that need to be replaced and it is too far from campus. The whole appeal to living at mag is that they have a shuttle, but it is of no use when they are never on time or constantly broken down.
One of my good college friends that I call brother leased me at the Mag, his name is Alex. We use to stay at the BELLAMY together and both did not enjoy it to well. If you go to Mag, ask to speak Alex , or any of the other great CAs.
Love the atmosphere, the maintenance crew will get the job done, the CA’s are amazing. It really is home away from home!
I really enjoy living at Magnolia! The office staff is always so accommodating and I love that the apartments are fully furnished. I will be resigning my lease to live here again next year soon!
