I have lived here for two years now, and I love it. Having a fully furnished apartment as a college student is so nice! Having a shuttle to campus is also great! Love Magnolia Park!
Overall good community and good ammeneties. Affordable price and no overages on utilities. They have a convenient shuttle that runs frequently. If looking for an affordable place to live I would recommend it.

Magnolia Park Apartments has been a home away from home. They always have great activities to get you involved and are always helpful and welcoming. Community is very important here and I would totally recommend people living here.

I love Magnolia Park Apartments! The staff is so kind and mantience is so good at replying quickly. Overall, a great community. So glad I live here. It’s in a great area, not too far from GCSU campus
