This is my first year living at Magnolia and so far it has been the best living experience I've had in Milly. I've lived at the Village and the Grove in the past and so far neither have even come close to Magnolia! The rooms are great and the staff are so nice and helpful!

This is my first year living at magnolia, and it is already awesome. The staff is great and it is a very safe place to live. 10/10 would recommend because who doesn't love a nice pool, free food, shuttle rides, good environment, and more!!

Magnolia Park Apartments is a great place to live if. The office staff is always responsive to my needs and they are very involved with their residents. If there is ever a problem, it is always fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend Magnolia Park Apartments to anyone.

This is my 3rd, almost 4th year living here and Mrs Traci in the office is hands down one of the best assets to Magnolia. She is always willing to help and I love how she is trying to get residents out and doing active and engaging things. She is so awesome! I also absolutely love magnolia and couldn't ask for a better place to live.
