Excellent service from start to finish. Cristian provided excellent communication during the booking process, and booked us in for a visit within a few days. And then Andrei the engineer was punctual, friendly and did a great job in repairing our kitchen floor and worktop. Highly recommended.

Communicating with Christian via WhatsApp was easy and efficient — he was very accommodating in arranging the earliest possible slot to carry out the work. I had considered trying a DIY kit, but I’m so glad I left it to a professional as it’s clearly a fine art! The result was excellent and well worth the reasonable price. Overall, I had an amazing experience with them. Cristian's customer service was top-tier and my questions were answered promptly. Despite their busy schedule, we managed to arrange a repair within just a few days. On the day of the repair, Andrei was highly communicative and arrived on time.
