Dreadful company put inaccurate notes in my mothers care plan ,commode was never cleaned properly they have no idea about infection control . Mum was left sitting on her commode completely undressed while carer used her phone in a other room they have no idea about dignity.would not recommend this company as wouldnt want anyone elses loved ones to be treated this way .
