He is the best, very skilled Mohamed was fantastic - he offered to come round the second day and not only power flushed the system but also diagnosed the long running issue we had (which we had paid a lot of money to another plumber to misdiagnose). We even had the insures out who couldn’t resolve the problem and kept changing unnecessary parts. Had a radiator problem in Gerrards Cross, engineers were nice and would definitely recommend 10/10
AVOID- I would strongly advise avoiding this company if you want to avoid unnecessary stress and the likelihood of having to repeat the power flush. I recently booked this company and Mohamed arrived, he left the property in such a mess we had to get the carpets professionally cleaned afterward. He repeatedly made excuses and argued in order to carry out the power flush without using any solution. Only after a lengthy discussion did he eventually add the solution. The service was fantastic! Mohamed is a true professional, very honest and takes great pride in his work. As soon as he started work, he was able to quickly identify the reasons why my radiators were still cold despite undertaking power flushing with a different company the week before. He took his time to explain what the problem was and what he needed to do to fix it.
