I bought a travel sized mobility scooter here. There was no pressure to buy, just really good information. The after sales service was really good as we went back a couple of weeks later for some adjustments etc. Highly Recommend.

Still yet to refund me almost two weeks after I returned an unused item despite multiple visits and promises that it would be sorted either at branch level or HQ. Left messages, called. No answer or response.

I can only go of my own experience and we had a great experience with Paul. My mother in law wanted a walker chair for shopping... Although busy Paul found the time to give advise and assist multiple customers very efficiently. With his advice we purchase a mid priced walker and they even acknowledge blue light discount so we saved a little money which was great.. Orderd a power chair for my sister, saf came out to asses her.chair was orderd & came in 4 weeks.on delivery saf set up the chair & explained everything to us.excellant service all round so would highly reccomend. 10 out of 10.thank you sef for the fantastic job.
