why you sell " discounted" products out of date ? although being low price they are still out of date. I asked polite the new brunette young lady why that and her answer been she doesn't speak and after start speaking Russian with other costumer. So unpolite. Been like when you are confronted about something, suddenly she start speaking Russian knowing I don't understand that. For your business this approach towards customer is not good, in time could be very damaging.
