Extremely disappointing experience with this letting agency, particularly with the agent Grace. I had a property viewing scheduled and was already on my way when I received a cancellation call just 30 minutes before the appointment. No prior warning, no apology, and no attempt to reschedule or offer an alternative. This shows a complete lack of respect for other people’s time and commitments.
