This is the second move where you guys have forgotten to end service when we requested a transfer, charging us 71.56 for an empty house. Your customer service agent was abhorrently rude, to the point that I was hanging up rather than listening to her patronize me. She also stated you listened to between 4 and 6 calls when not that many were made. If we weren't obligated to go with this company for electricity, we would never work with you again.

MGE: Doubling the cost for poor people so the wealthy can pay less. The also restructured the billing to make renewable energy sources or energy conservation less worthwhile. Come on MGE! Pull yourself together

Their Facebook page is plastered with green images and articles about installing LED lights and improving home energy efficiency, but the veil comes off when you look at your utility bill. I put in some real effort and managed to drop my electricity use 23% March-April this year but only saw a 7% reduction in my bill. First, You over charged me for services to my new house, then you tell me that I have a refund coming, next you try to take the refund back, and now the "refund check" is no where in sight. I have waiting MONTHS to get this resolved. I think you need to take a look at it and get things straight. What would you do if I didn't pay my bill for months? I would appreciate this being taken care of in a timely matter and my refund check mailed out!

Just wanted to say thank you to everyone who got the electric back on so I could see at least part of the packer game today. the heat back on is good too.
