I can’t believe how unwilling to work with customers you are. I double checked with you that my payment had gone through and then was charged extra and threatened with disconnection because you couldn’t process it! I even have a payment conformation!
Mg and e was doing routine gas leak checks and found one in my salons building. It was at dangerous levels so they shut us down. We got it repaired the same day. We are so grateful that you’ve kept us safe. Thank you!
Absurd payment processing. Need 3 letters before they can accept payment from my bank. Takes 5 business days to process a credit card payment. Pending payments don't show up in their online account. It's 2019, payments should be instant and it should not be so difficult to set up auto-payment.
What a blood sucker company
Possibly the worst customer service experience there is.
The "service fees" are absurd. I pay more in fees than I do for both gas and electric TOTAL. By far, the worst gas and electric fees I have ever had to pay.
