Power has been out almost 24 hours no end in sight. All neighbors have power. May have power by tomorrow night almost 48hours later absolutely ridiculous.
We had a power outage starting 9:30pm and McFarland also had one starting 11:45 pm. When I looked to the mg&e outage map I said we would get power around 11:45 it's 1:33am and our nieberhood has not been assigned a repair team yet. But McFarland that had a power outage 2 hours after us is already assigned a team. I believe we pay the same amount of money, it is fair that we get repairs 1st.
I love how half my bill pays for customer service charges (being sarcastic)!
Terrible company. Poor, inconsiderate service. I was a new business owner and they demanded money up front plus a retainer. Not a small business friend!
