They are trying to bill me for somebody else's account for the second time in a year. Really? Is it so hard to tell your customers apart?
this company is a bunch of crooks...moved out and received my final bill and now they are sending me another bill stating I owe more when my account was closed. Now going through hoops and BS to fix this. worst power company I have ever dealt with. Madison is a great town, but MGE is the worst part of it if you live here.
