I appreciate them getting me in right way as a new patient and in pain. I left feeling much better.
Dentist was in a hurry..not impressed with him. Previous dentists more customer friendly. This dentist needs to know, I'm the customer and it's my payment that pays his salary.
Your staff let me talk but they weren't listening. Communication requires one side to listen. When I refused your fancy laser treatment then everyone was just trying to find another way to make money off of me, in a rather dismissive way. They told me to bring a coupon so the exam and xrays would be free then billed the insurance company. That's not free. It affects the benefits I have left so in essence I am paying for the visit after being told it was free. I brought xrays from another doctor that were just over a week old... read more

Everyone is very courteous and professional. They put the patients comfort first!
I didn't have to wait long because I was at least an hour early for my appointment, but I saw others who did not have to wait long at all.
Great. easy going
I was running late to my appt due to bad traffic. I called and let the receptionist know that I was running late and asked if that was okay. She put me on hold and after a while came back ont he line and said, "yes we will still see you". That made my day I was so worried about having to reschedule due to my schedule at work. I just want to take the time to thank you for staying a little late for me on a Friday. Have a great evening to all your staff.
Been coming here for several years. Glad I have a new dentist. Very gentle. Asked me how I was doing while under the drill.
