I love the Made Ya Smile Staff! They are awesome! Martin did a great job cleaning my teeth and can't wait for my next appointment!
I had a hygienist named Martin who developed an attitude when I declined his recommendation of a deep cleaning. I explained I was on vacation and did not want to spend it withs sore mouth. My actual cleaning lasted about 5 minutes and seemed rushed. He didn't even floss under my 3 bridges when competed. I assume he makes more money talking people into a deep cleaning. The people who helped me were great - I was given detailed feedback on what was going on and how it affects me. I was more comfortable than I usually am during a visit. I was deeply disappointed that I'm excluded from insurance coverage for many of the services on offer.
The front office staff was very pleasant treated me well, and the girl who did my X-rays was friendly and professional, but my experience went downhill quickly from there. The hygienist who did my cleaning was not very friendly and I have never had such a painful cleaning. The dentist barely made eye contact and after about 30 seconds told me I needed to have all my filings replaced. Then they took me in another room and tried to sell me on veneers. Was given wrong information by appointment setter and told they bill insurance and only collect co pay. After going thru all paperwork then told by finance person that they dont bill Blue Cross who they are in network with and require $2400 upfront for something the copay is $200. Based on the lack of proper information and outrageous billing scheme i would not return or suggest to anyone. However the doctor and clinical staff are very nice however they front office staff needs improvement.
The doctor made it os I didn't fill any pain. And would wait if I needed a break for minute. great experience or all.

I really like the fact that after my check-up I was lead to a private room to go over my options in detail. It was nice to have your full attention without any interruptions. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable about both my dental needs and what my insurance will/will not cover. Thank you
