Martin the hygienist was appearently put off that I didn't want a deep cleaning. He spent about 5 minutes cleaning my teeth. I had to go to another dentist and pay because my insurance wouldn't pay for the second cleaning. Martin didn't even floss under my bridges. Dr. Dan seemed very nice but as long as Martin works as their hygienist I will not go back and have advised all my friends on Facebook

My experiences have always been good but I am concerned about the turnover of Dr.'s and Staff at the Barker Cypress location. I have now had four (4) different Dentists in the past year and numerous Hygienist, Receptionist's etc. My question is: Is this Made Ya' Smiles business plan? If so, I need look for a Dentist closer to home.
I HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE DENITIST BUT TWICE IN MY 55 YEARS!!!! AFTER RECEIVING A COUPON IN THE MAIL FOR A FREE EXAM, I FIGURED LETS GO SEE WHATS GOING ON IN MY MOUTH! GOING IN I WAS NERVOUS, BUT BECAME VERY IMPRESSED AND COMFORTABLE WITH MY VISIT. THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY, THEY WERE VERY THOROUGH WITH ALL MY QUESTIONS AND EXPLAINING FUTURE VISITS. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOUR OFFICE TO OTHERS.

Great experience, very attentive staff.
Unexpectedly pleasant experience with one exception, the original problem I came in for was not fixed as I was told it would be during the procedure I was having. I didn't realize it because my mouth was numb. Over all though for a big baby like me it wasn't bad. I thought the sedation part of it was over rated though.
