I'll have to remember not to see any dentist except Dr. Flores. He is wonderful and has a great rapport with patients. I saw a different one this day and he just doesn't have a nice way about him. The hygienist was okay.

I am a new patient. Had I been there earlier to fill out paper work, I would have been seen on time. My bad! I was every impressed with the Staff, facility and Doctor. I went in for a consultation thinking I would need to get my wisdom tooth pulled because some of the tooth chipped away. After review, the tooth was found to be healthy and a possible solution was a crown. I opted for the crown. After consultation on the cost for a crown, I was asked if I wanted to have it done. I appreciated the fact that the front office ladies spent the time to check if my new insurance, which I just found out about the night before my appointment, would be a problem and if I would have to reschedule. They spent the time finding out for me and I got to keep my appointment. My teeth also feel lovely and clean again! Thank you.

Cherly was the best. She cleaned my teeth gently and thoroughly. She was very knowledgable and answered all of my question. She had the front office double check with my insurance to make sure I received my full benefits and was not over charged.
Experience was better than any other dentist I've been to, pretty low standard though! :)
