Best physical therapy office I’ve been to!! This welcoming and fun-loving atmosphere is full of physical therapists who truly care and are knowledgeable in their field. After having shoulder pain and instability for 3 years, getting 2 surgeries and attempting 3 different physical therapy offices, Madden and Gilbert helped me strengthen, heal, and get my shoulder back to doing things I love like volleyball and weightlifting.
Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They work with your schedule when making appointments or need to change a day or time. My therapist Jan, has helped me a great deal with my issues. Adding new exercises and changing exercises as needed. She is wonderful at explaining the reasoning for each exercise I am doing. Thanks so much!
Adam was fantastic…first time having PT and he worked diligently to set me at ease, but more importantly, he helped eliminate all pain issues
Madden in Hershey was a great experience. They have me feeling better. Great bunch of people working there.
