Took us almost 1 hr. to get our food, too small establishment, and we had a reservation but couldn’t be seated because a party of 10 came in and they set them first!! Won’t be back!!
"A $5 growler and the beer is free!" is really more than twice that at Mad Mex because the "free" "beer" means the one drink in the bottle is free, but you are expected to pay for the other 4? Do not play bait and switch with your customers. That burrito was a bland sack of flavorless paste that took 45 minutes to prepare in a restaurant which, was almost empty at the peak of lunch time... which given the bad food and unwilingness of the staff to cop to an obvious scam, and general shabbiness of the place is not surprising.
RecommendedI just wanted to say how friendly the lady on the the phone was taking my to go order.. she just had such wonderful customer service I could just tell from hearing her voice that she was a wonderful friendly outgoing woman ❤️ thank you for your patience and friendliness it really impacts and goes a long way ❤️

Manager Eric refused to give me my take out after I showed email receipts. Had to call GrubHub to have them call Eric in order to get my food. Ridiculous for $20 worth of food that he would have thrown away as soon as I left?
Food was excellent and service and atmosphere great. Nice special for Mother’s Day. Plenty to eat. I just had some left overs for lunch. Great!
