Great Tex Mex This is a great hole in the wall place. THe food is great the Margaritas are fantastic and the atmosphere is unique. The service can be choppy but it isn't the type of place to go if you are looking for superior service.
One of the best Mexican restaurants north of the border Their food is always top notch. Their half price dining between 11pm and 1 am makes the food taste even better. They even offer student discounts and terrific lunch specials as well. The only down side is it can get loud and smoky during late night dining.
Great for vegetarians This isn't the fanciest place but the food is always great and the prices are good. Lots of great choices for vegetarians. I always enjoy the chili rellanos.
Delicious food This place is THE best Mexican restaurant I've eaten at in Pittsburgh. They have a lot of variety, especially for vegetarians for whom they can make dishes with portabella and tofu. Awesome food!
RecommendedHad the Valentine's Day special and it was worth every single penny. Set pickup for 2pm and was back out the door before 2pm. It was a great experience.

LOVE this place' Visiting Pittsburgh w/my niece & she suggested we go. Fantastic food & very friendly, attentive service. I enjoyed the steak & roasted corn taco & my niece had the tofu taco. We also tried the house special "mocktale", which was delicious.
