Silviu came round today and was brilliant. Was polite, efficient and sorted everything very quickly. Even helped out with fixing something that wasn’t on the initial job request. I couldn’t recommend him & Macror more.
So pleased I found these guys! From start to finish the service has been highly professional and they are just a really friendly, calm team! First of all Simon was really understanding as I'd had a bad experience with an alternative company and I felt like I was in good hands with Macror which was a huge relief. These guys are fantastic. Easy to contact, really attentive management and the chap that came to site was brilliant. Friendly, helpful and really thorough - solved a tricky and long term problem in a couple of visits- strongly recommend
