Bought a new truck from macmulkin with a few bumps at first negotiating a price / lease but after that the service was good, one other issue was we had delivery scheduled for 830 in the morning but the trucked wasn't prepped the night before and took until 11:00 to get the truck ready for delivery. I had some issues come up with the truck that had nothing to do with the dealer, I have to say that the service manager Anthony Raad went out of his way to take care of the issues to get me back on the road. Great facility. Clean, bright, complete. Makes it easy to wait. Everyone was efficient, pleasant and helpful. Providing coffee and danish is a very nice touch. 4 stars only because I did not expect an oil change to be over an hour and because my former dealership vacuumed and washed the car. Neither is provided here which may be more the norm than not. Thank you.

Tyler was very friendly and courteous. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. He helped us to make a great decision on a great truck. His communication was excellent and we were very satisfied with our experience. The dealership was extremely clean and had entertainment and refreshments which kept the kids happy. Will do business there again.
