Drove 70 miles each way for a simple 500 mile breakin oil change on my new corvette. Came home and noticed grease on my seat from dirty cloths, oil drippings in the engine compartment and oily hand prints all over my hood and fender. Care-less sloppy work. Buying experiance is great, service not. Will go to my local dealer 5 miles away next time.
Had an appointment for oil change tire rotation and sticker. Took over 2 hours. That was my last free oil change with my new truck. Will never go back. I will drive to Manchester or Lowell if I have any warranty work. I used to work for Mirak Chevy in Arlington and we would turn around the same job in less than an hour. We bought our 5th vehicle from MacMulkin yesterday. GO SEE DAMIAN G!! He was knowledgeable and put us in the perfect vehicle!! It was so easy, we were shaking hands within an hour and a half!!
Worst customer service and sales associates , along with managers .
Body shop does more damage to your car then they will repair. both the dealership General Manager and body shop Manger don't care about the quality of their work.
