But Les took the time to work with me to understand the options and took the time to understand what was important to me, and break through the confusion that is created by the manufacturers around incentives and the process. This place rocks!
I guess there is a reason why this dealership has dozens of one-star reviews on Yelp. I was referred here by Costco to get a no haggle price. I was never shown the Costco price. They tried to sell a bunch of useless options (nobody needs to spend hundreds on navigation when it is available on the phone). I finally pinned them down on the car I wanted (some options still overpriced, but I guess they are entitled to make a living) which wasn't on the lot but they promised to have it by the end of the week. It was not one of my favorite days car needed more work than was anticipated and I was not notified, just sat there and waited. I was not happy.
Just traded my 16 Silverado in off lease to buy a 2018. I couldn't be happier. Sales staff was a pleasure, nobody could touch the pricing, and the process was smooth and painless. Service was great with my 16 and only they will be touching my new baby. Thanks!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible place to shop for a vehicle. I was uncomfortable talking with everyone in the dealership. Not a single person was friendly...while talking prices for the vehicle that I was looking at, they were VERY sneaky, kept throwing in hidden prices and not telling me.
