Easiest car buying process I've ever experienced. Maybe because I'm originally from Massachusetts and buying a car at a big dealership in MA is a whole lot of ... hurry and wait. My last 2 cars took days to process from start to finish. This time around it took about 4 hours. And the sales rep Christopher Griffin was awesome. Brought my brand new 2019 Chevy Colorado Z71 there for my first maintenance after a favorable buying experience. While driving away and pulling out onto a busy DW Highway in Nashua, I could hear a noise coming from the front end. I was appalled and shocked to see that the lug nuts weren't tightened and almost off! I hate to think if I didnt notice this before getting on the highway and someone getting hurt!
