I have been back to mcmullen Chevrolet 4 times to get 1 rain guard fixed. last time they said bring it in there's one in the parts department with your name on it and we'll put it on. 3 hours later it was done there is no way in hell it takes more than 20 minutes. very un happy when my lease is up I'm going to ford

this place wouldn't honor the 2nd free oil change service(2yrs free service) because my mileage went over 24k but I haven't even had it for a yr...when I bought the car I knew I'd knock the "free service" out in less than 2 yrs but for me to have it for less than a yr and only get one oil change of free service. I cannot believe them, this is such poor service all after I made an appointment and wasted my time. on top of all that I was like "ok how much would it be for the oil change if I have to pay" ...$54... this is a 4 c... read more
