I can't speak for the sales department but the service department was terrible! I will NEVER go back!! Terrible customer service and no communication. They lost my keys twice. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership!
RecommendedEvery experience I’ve had at MacMulkin has always been amazing, largely in part due to Les Novak. Whether it was exploring my options on my next vehicle or getting me in contact with the right people for service on my existing vehicle he has always made the process completely pain-free. I refer all of my friends and family to Les as well and they all say the same thing.
Les Novak was the best. Purchased my new truck through him and am going to be sending in my brother to do the same. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

i hope that bad customer service isn't a Chevy thing... Just got my first Chevy and thought I might be a lifetime Chevy guy till I had the experience of dealing with MacMulkin Chevrolet. I really hope that it's not a Chevy thing and that I can find a Chevy dealership that will take care of me and not waste my time and money and treat my truck like crap. Best 2 words to describe this dealership, unprofessional and disrespectful.
Took my deposit on Saturday, called me on Monday night to tell me they sold the truck already. Class act over there... incompetent sales staff.
excellent experience. treated with respect got a great deal. I had some wrenches in the works and they ironed them out nicely customer for life👍
