On 1/31/18, my wife and I worked with Jessy to purchase our new 2018 Long Beach Red Corvette Grand Sport over the phone. The pricing discussion was good and the transaction easy as could be. Wish I could give 0 stars. Went in today and could hardly maneuver the parking lot on foot. Way too many vehicles. They didn't salt the lot. The sales person was swearing every other word and grouchy. I left shortly after I asked the specs of how they could get my payment to a certain price because the guy says "it's determined by what the fucking bank will give you for a rate". I bought the1st C7 corvette delivered by them on 9/27/13. I live 250 miles from them and did it all on the phone with Tommy Jr, the price he quoted me was the price I paid when I picked the Corvette up. There were no hidden fees or pressure to buy extended warranties .
First deal went well but when it came for a Upgrade they failed went local
I would give no stars if I could! I will never be going back here, worst customer service ever! Brought my vehicle in for work and it took a month to get it back!!! There’s no communication between the employees and no one has any idea what’s going on. When we went to pick it up it was filthy dirty and they told us it would have a full detail which it clearly didn’t. This isn’t even close to half of all the things they did wrong.
